Walk Softly, LLC also does Commercial and Residential renovation work.  Our specialty is upgrading existing buildings for energy efficiency using "green" building techniques.  We have the goal of renovating one existing building for each new building we construct.

Past and present projects include:

Moving a farmhouse and totally redoing it,

Taking three abandoned storefronts in a small town and bringing them back into use,

Renovating an old storefront for an art studio,

Rehabilitating older houses and upgrading them to bring them back into good use, and

Working on the creative reuse of a 100,000 square foot former Knitting Mill.
