All of the Living Well Community lots have city water and sewer installed, underground power, and paved road frontage. Details include:
- River front lots back up to a Greenway trail with community Open Space behind them with access directly to the Deep River.
- Lots are zoned for mixed use, a combination of office, commercial, and residential. They can be used for any of these purposes or for a combination of these purposes.
- Residential lots range in size from 1/4 acre to 3/4 acres. Buying a lot also entitles you to access to all Community Open Spaces, Greenways and Trails, River and Creek accesses This includes one mile of Open Space Buffer along the Deep River, and a mile of Open Space Buffer along Sandy Creek.
- Commercial/Institutional lots range in size from .62 acres to 1.5 acres.
