Choice of home designs:  Walk Softly, LLC, is a proud builder of ENERGY STAR® homes. Visit the ENERGY STAR® website for more info at www.energystar.gov . Use one of our energy efficient or ENERGY STAR® home designs and customize to your specifications, or bring us your plans and we'll help you with any necessary modifications to qualify for energy efficient ratings. Our plans are very versatile with several flexible room uses to ensure the design meets your family's needs.

Energy savings:  Energy savings on your power bills as well as tax savings and credits are just some of the benefits to our homeowners. Installing energy efficient HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and utilizing new technologies for improved insulation together with air tight duct systems for better air filtration saves money and helps the environment by reducing pollution.

Quality construction:  Priority is given to quality building materials for beauty and durability. This equates to long-term savings for the homeowner. 

Healthy Home:  Our HVAC systems coupled with the use of non-toxic building materials improve air quality and create a comfortable home environment.
